Hi, I’m Renell – the proud owner and groomer here at Pawfection Lincoln!

Dogs have always been a huge part of my life, and I’m incredibly lucky to turn my passion into a career. I’m a fully qualified dog groomer with a range of certifications including an iPET Level 3 Diploma in Dog Grooming and Salon Management, iPET Level 3 in Hand Stripping, Emmi-pet Canine Hygiene, and Canine First Aid. I believe in constantly learning and improving so that I can give every pup the best care possible.

At home, I’ve got two spoiled pooches who I lovingly refer to as my furry children – they get everything they could possibly need (and then some!), and that same love and attention extends to every dog that walks through my salon doors.

My mission at Pawfection is simple: to make grooming a happy, stress-free experience that your dog actually enjoys. I’ve created a calm, loving, and safe space where every dog is treated with patience, kindness, and plenty of cuddles. I don’t believe in rushing through treatments – I take the time to get to know each dog, understand their needs, and make their visit as relaxing and positive as possible.

Your dog is more than just a pet – they’re a beloved family member. And here at Pawfection, they’ll be treated just like one. I work tirelessly to make sure they leave looking and feeling their absolute best, excited to come back next time for more pampering!
